IGT subsidiary to provide Golden Acorn Casino in California with its free play app

The latest news from IGT’s social gaming subsidiary DoubleDown is that the company has signed another land casino operator which it will provide with its free-to-play app – this time it&s California’s Golden Acorn Casino.

The deal will see the company provide the terrestrial venue with multi-player poker and slot entertainment via its DoubleDown Casino application, which will be embedded in the Golden Acorn Casino&s website.

This way, Golden Acorn customers will be offered access to a full-casino online style offering of games, along with the opportunity to take part in virtual game play, which will include Texas Hold’Em poker, and some of IGT’s top performing slot titles, such as Da Vinci Diamonds and Cleopatra.
